About This Team:
The Citrix Global Sales Operations team ensures that Go-To-Market strategies, processes, and systems are both globally standardized and properly executed for all GTM teams. Further, the Global Sales Operations team leads and enables all sales operations business partners on accurate data interpretation and analysis to drive consistency and comparability across all GTM teams.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Ensures that high-performance sales operations business partners have all necessary resources, information, and data to self-sufficiently support and guide their GTM teams.
- Leverages data analysis and sales systems to govern adherence to critical sales processes, and provide direction and coaching where required to improve internal process compliance.
- Frequently responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees across the Company within area of expertise.
- Acts as a sales process expert and catalyst for continuous improvement
- Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership.
- Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards and/or operational plans that will have significant impact on the achievement of overall function results.
- Problems and issues faced are numerous, typically undefined where information is difficult to obtain.
- Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems.
- Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organization, which may include customers or vendors.
- Works to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization.
- Typically responsible for managing large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams
Required Experience/Skills:
- Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have deep knowledge of project management.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years of experience.
- Recognized master in professional discipline

- Problems typically undefined and/or complex
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $160,602-$200,752 CA generally ranges; $167,585-$209,481 All other locations fall under our General State range; $139,654-$174,567 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
