Job Title:Partner Enablement Manager
Reports to: Juan Vicente Hernandez Gomez, Partners Director, LATAM

We are seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to elevate our partner enablement efforts and support the development of a competitive, knowledgeable partner ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to leverage existing enablement materials, monitor partner certification progress and ensuring all enablement initiatives align with regional needs and broader organizational objectives. This role is central to helping partners achieve their Ascend certification requirements and optimizing enablement processes, contributing to both our and our partners’ success.
- Program Effectiveness: Taking available enablement program materials on the shelf and creating enablement packages for PAMs to deploy and identify areas for enhancement.
- Program progress Tracker: Providing visibility for Partner Account Managers (PAMs) on partner progress towards meeting Ascend certification requirements.
- Regional Performance Insights: Collecting and providing regional feedback to content teams on what’s working and what needs improvement across all partner roles.
- Certification Achievement Support: Guide partner leadership on addressing hotspots where partners are falling short of certification levels, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop action plans, including insights in QBR packs.
You will be evaluated on the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the evolution of thepartner ecosystem:
- Improvement on ecosystem maturity growth (%) based on regional fiscal year plan.
- Adoption rate of new Genesys solutions by partners that lead to their autonomy in the land and expand motions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building a partner enablement programs andsupporting cross-functional Go-To-Market initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
- Proven ability to work in high-performing teams, while also being a strong individual contributor.
- +5years demonstrating success in partner performance evolution, particularly with regional partners and alliances.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to measure progress and communicate results, while identifying obstacles and creating effective remediation plans.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in the software industry (preferably SaaS) and strong understanding of complex technology challenges.
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution orientation; experience in driving cross-functional programs or processes is a plus.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, both internally and externally, in cross-company initiatives.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable working in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
- Strong team player with independent problem-solving skills.
