As a manager of our development team, you will lead the creation of our next-generation Web UIs and backend services for our products. You will be managing and developing the skillsets of your team members along with contributing to the day-to-day development, maintenance, and monitoring of your team’s features and services.
- Team development: Guide and assist your team members with their own professional growth, expanding their skillsets through continuous feedback and regular 1:1 sessions. Create an inclusive team culture based on collaboration, innovation and trust.
- Team management: Organize and execute flexible processes around how the team operates and manage priorities across new features, stability and technical debt, and production monitoring.
- Design: Work with UX, Product Management and your peers to develop requirements, technical design specifications and visually appealing interfaces for our products.
- Product ownership: Manage ownership of features from design documents and reviews, through the development and acceptance testing to deployments.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with:
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration.
