ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is dynamic and ready to work on the development of business applications that leverage full stack architecture, all while gaining expertise supporting teams in SaaS value engineering, selling and realization. This individual will collaborate with other teams in the Sales, Services and Customer Success organizations to support the design, development and roll-out tools that produce internal and external value-related content in support of the Genesys portfolio and its offers to prospects and customers.
OUR TEAM MISSION
At Genesys, the Value Center of Excellence (Value CoE) team is responsible for producing content and tools that help communicate the value of Genesys SaaS platform and offers. Our mission is simple: enable all functions at Genesys with the ability to quantify, communicate and engage around value with prospects and customers.
WHAT IS AHEAD
Currently in the process to re-engineering value tools that support marketing, sales, and customer success teams, we are looking for a professional with extensive experience in software design, coding, and debugging. The senior developer will join our team as we seek to accelerate development of our value platform.
YOUR FUTURE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with our Value CoE team, IT teams as well as multiple go-to-market operations teams to identify and analyze key requirements for value business applications
- Help define cycles in support of releasing these business applications to multiple user bases.
- Collaborate in the development of UI/UX standards
- Collaborate in the design of data models
- Collaborate in the design of application architectures, including their integration to other platforms at Genesys and consumption of APIs
- Participate in software development and maintenance activities
- Help develop and execute testing procedures in support of guaranteeing the quality of applications
- Help us deploy and evolve our CI/CD with Agile software development methods
QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics major
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in teams
- Experience with low-code SDLC with OutSystems platform
- Experience with React, JavaScript and SQL databases
- Experience with Agile software development method
- Experience with REST APIs (consuming/publishing)
- Experience with modular application architecture concepts
- Advanced skills in software engineering leveraging OutSystems low-code development platform.
