The Role:
This role would be working directly alongside the Operations Lead as well as the Executive leadership team in driving key business projects and initiatives. These projects and initiatives will require this role to effectively coordinate and communicate with multiple departments, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to define the best path forward for continued scalability and growth. The Operations team is growing quickly and will require this candidate to have a desire to aid in the development and growth of more junior team members by way of mentorship and training. The ideal candidate is someone who feels there is no problem that feels unsolvable, has working knowledge of how to use data to drive strategic and tactical initiatives, and the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of personalities and skillsets
Key Responsibilities:
Gain deep understanding of automated and manual processes that sustain Prompt team
Drive key projects and initiatives alongside the Leadership team
Present solutions and ideas to immediate process disruptions to key stakeholders
Research and define bottlenecks within company processes and workflows
Develop and implement scalable processes across departments and companies
Review projects and work of Operations Associates and Analysts
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Utilize data to backup strategic projects and initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 Years experience in Operations Roles or Operations adjacent roles
Educational background/degree in a relatable STEM or Business field
Seasoned Project Management Skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze large sets of data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and actionable insights using scripting, database languages, and spreadsheets
Proficiency in the following Software/Tools:
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Project Management Softwares (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed, with the ability to learn quickly and autonomously
Comfortable with frequent context-shifting and ranking task priorities
