In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of building a world-class customer enablement experience for ClickUp customers. Through instructional design work in ClickUp University, you'll help us to drive awareness and adoption so our users can truly maximize ClickUp and best implement the platform for their team!
The Role:
- Work with the ClickUp University manager to build educational content for ClickUp customers through multiple methods of delivery.
- Work with other instructional designers to collaborate & execute
- Work with live trainers to scope On-Demand, eLearning content
- Develop high-quality eLearning content to enable our customers' success and ensure adoption. This includes product knowledge and best practices in courses, activities, certifications, videos, scripts, and more!
- Analyze existing ClickUp University materials to assess additional learning needs and develop additional content
- Work closely with Revenue teams and SMEs to develop training materials
- Partner with customer success and professional services to determine best practices and scope eLearning content
- Update a CMS that's regularly updated based on outdated content, revamped value prop, and product releases
- Build intake process to manage requests and edits from customers and Revenue teams
- Participate in building processes to scale ClickUp University, content creation, review process, and team collaboration
- Standardize course, activities, quizzes, certification, and video script structures and templates.
- Collaborate on the design of a customer certification and badging program
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate learning program effectiveness
- Define content strategy, framework, learning paths, and courses for eLearning
- Identify and define key metrics for assessing content effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 3+ yrs in education/training development or relevant experience
- Effective communicator: written, verbal, and listening
- Experience with course authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Experienced in defining and building video and course content, ideally for SaaS products.
- Knowledge of different learning methods and ability to blend methods to best fit learning objectives
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally a background in Project Portfolio Management or Collaborative Work Management space.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships and influencing others to get things done, and prioritization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with different enablement and revenue teams.
