WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Sourcing
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent across the organization
- Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates across key roles
- Use data to inform and refine sourcing strategies, constantly pushing for high outbound conversion rates and volume goals
- Drive innovation in sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies to stay ahead of market trends
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the function, team needs, and priorities
- Own best in class Time to Hire and Time to Offer metrics
Candidate Engagement
- Be the first point of contact, fostering relationships to ensure a standout candidate experience and a strong talent network
- Craft compelling outreach messaging that resonates with candidates and reflects our teams
Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Use sourcing insights to drive strategy and share progress reports with stakeholders
- Champion best-in-class recruiting practices that uphold PerformLine’s values and enhance our employer brand

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hands-on experience sourcing for Technology roles
- Proven track record using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and persistence in sourcing hard-to-find talent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High emotional intelligence paired with the confidence to take ownership and drive results
