What you’ll get
You’ll work directly with our CEO in launching our partnerships channel from scratch.
You will get to build one of the most important channels for our company from 0 to 1.

What you’ll do
Travel to industry conferences, representing Rilla with passion, and cultivating vital partnerships.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, aligning our innovative solutions with their business strategies.
Generate and enhance our sales pipeline through strategic partner channels, unlocking new avenues for growth.
Craft and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of Rilla's product to potential partners.
Spearhead the development of partnership agreements, ensuring they align with our business goals and values.
Analyze market trends and partner feedback to contribute to product development and positioning.
Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership engagements.
Actively participate in strategy sessions, bringing your unique insights to the table to help us stay ahead of the curve.
Be the bridge between Rilla and the industry, ensuring our solutions are top of mind for partners worldwide.

Compensation package: $110k - $170k base, and a plethora of benefits.
