We’re looking for a talented Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining our class-leading suite of Enterprise products. The chosen candidate must be a self-starter, possess great organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Take ownership of the product, understanding the domain and technology deeply.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Set clear goals for the team and drive them to successful completion.
- Work closely with product managers and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the team follows best practices in Agile methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the distributed team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Utilize strengths and address weaknesses within the team to maximize productivity.
- Resolve technical issues and participate in hands-on development when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and team performance.

Qualifications
Qualification and Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong Finance and Accounting Knowledge is a must
- Strong Database and SQL knowledge is a must
- Knowledge and experience with at least one ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) is a must
- Knowledge of ESG is a plus
- Knowledge of any programming language (C#, Python, or Java) is a plus
- Well-versed in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development
