As the Sr Sales Leader, you’ll be a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop a business, and implement a comprehensive program for many of our largest global customers, help develop our strategic partners and be part of an exciting team.
What you’ll bring to the table:
To be effective in this role you will need to have a demonstrated experience in developing strategic, executive relationships with customers. You’ll need to have several years of enterprise sales experience, including guiding sales teams (Cloud / SaaS preferred). You will need to have demonstrated the ability to work with partners and develop excellent partner relationships. Ideally, you will have in-depth knowledge of the conversational AI and Customer Experience.
Some details about what skills and experience you’ll need:
- Self-starter and someone who is excited by the idea of creating and bringing new business
- Management experience within the enterprise account space, especially in key industries such as Telco, Banking, Financial Services, Retail.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and coaching a team to successful outcomes
- Demonstrated experience communicating, negotiating, and helping Account Executives close deals with key executives and stakeholders
- Ability and desire to participate in strategic and tactical planning for the team, region and Global.
- Be a "High Energy", goal-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Be a “Growth-Mindset” leader who can elevate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead complex sales cycles, with an experience of successful revenue attainment
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience and management experience, preferably in SaaS/Cloud businesses
- Exceptional customer management and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and sellers
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages
- Ability to travel frequently.
