We’re seeking an Educational Content team Operations Associate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about owning administrative functions, developing product knowledge, and delivering an outstanding customer learning experience.
The Role:
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, detail oriented, solutions driven, and thrives on supporting teams behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of exceptional customer learning content. In this role, you’ll support critical administrative processes such as setting up customer learning content, maintaining learning management systems and records, assisting with scheduling and planning content development projects, updating learning content as the product evolves, and supporting key initiatives like course enrollment and customer engagement programs. Exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to pivot priorities and juggle multiple priorities are essential, as you’ll be working closely with the Education Content team leadership and cross-functional leaders to set up, update, and publish video and written customer learning material that our content creators develop. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support to the Educational Content team
Prepare agendas, take detailed notes during meetings, and track project priorities to ensure timely execution of action items.
Assist with drafting emails, learning materials, and reports to support the Educational Content team’s strategic initiatives.
Document and continually update the status, priority levels, and resources related to content projects using project management software tools.
Organize and maintain confidential documents and files, ensuring they are readily accessible when needed.
Administrative Ownership of Learning Management System Software
Serve as the primary administrator for setting up and publishing new and updated customer learning content video courses.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues or implement new features in Educational Content team software.
Identify opportunities to optimize system workflows and recommend improvements.
Develop and Leverage Product Knowledge to Improve Educational Content
Demonstrate a passion for learning about our industry and product and the capacity to assist with updating and eventually owning updating aspects of our learning content.
Display a customer obsession in responding to customer support inquiries and identifying and documenting trends in customer learning content requests.
Demonstrate willingness to learn technical skills and detailed product functionality knowledge and leverage that knowledge to assist with learning content documentation and updates
Communicating Educational Content Information Internally
Monitor and organize Educational Content team internal communications to ensure relevant teams are up to date with the latest content and feature updates
Respond to routine content related inquiries or escalate as needed.
Proactively prepare and distribute internal communications on behalf of the Educational Content team.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth delivery of customer content.
Data and Reporting
Generate and store reports on customer content engagement and other key metrics.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from software tools to support data-driven decision-making for team leadership.
Maintain Learning Management System integrity and ensure course content data is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Rehab backgrounds are also welcome!
1-3 years of experience in an Operations or Administrative role, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment or healthcare environment.
Familiarity with software tools and systems with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms as needed.
Familiarity with content development, release documentation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and managing Educational Content team software systems and tools, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
