Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a CSM, you’ll:
- Own Customer Success: Be the primary advocate for your portfolio of customers, ensuring their adoption, expansion, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner with Sales to Maximize Growth: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring customers see OneStream as a strategic partner for their evolving needs.
- Create Impactful Relationships: Partner with customers to deeply understand their strategies and goals, guiding them toward their desired business outcomes.
- Champion the Customer Voice: Collaborate across teams to address customer needs, mitigate risks, and deliver a seamless experience.
- Promote Continuous Learning: Share insights and solutions, fostering customer engagement through events and communities.
- Stay Ahead: Develop expertise in OneStream’s Platform and Marketplace Solutions to proactively support and inspire your customers.
Required Education and Experience
- 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role within Enterprise SaaS.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proven track record of partnering with sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer success.
- Solid understanding of financial processes: Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting.
- Fluent in French and English.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools (e.g., OneStream, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Anaplan).
- Background in consulting or technology.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT
TRAVEL
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% (travel requirements will vary by customer).

- Adept at navigating strategic and tactical conversations.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
