Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Shadow support engineers to gain experience with interacting with and assisting customers.
- Work with customers to acquire error logs and task logs to assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Gain exposure to ServiceNow Case Management system and learn how to triage cases.
- Learn proper case management customer communication etiquette.
- Help document technical knowledge including knowledgebase or internal confluence articles.
Required Education and Experience
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area.
- 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Junior, senior, and graduate-level students.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
