We are seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Associate with strong Salesforce experience, data analysis skills, familiarity with revenue operations, and other RevTech. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Head of RevOps, Salesforce Administrator, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage SFDC cases, build process documentation, provision tools, and optimize revenue technology (RevTech) for our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Collaboration: Work with the Salesforce Administrator in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments.
- Process Documentation: Support the development and maintenance of process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Automation: Help design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency.
- Data Quality & Analysis: Support data quality & analysis initiatives.
- Tool Provisioning: Provision and manage various tools to support revenue operations and optimize RevTech for business needs.
- RevOps Projects: Collaborate with the RevOps team on various projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Reporting: Assist in creating and delivering reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with a focus on SFDC Administration, data analysis, and process documentation.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce required. Some familiarity with RevTech tools like Gong, Apollo, Pardot, Outreach, and/or Vitally preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data sets.
Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
