We’re seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer to join Team Web and play a key role in shaping the future of our website. In this role, you will develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that reflect our brand and exceed user expectations. You’ll work closely with brand and UX/UI designers, product marketing, and product managers to translate web experiences into high-quality code.

What will I be doing?
- Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end solutions, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and optimized for all devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences by translating design prototypes into code and ensuring back-end integration.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Next.js and Tailwind.
- Optimize website performance by applying best practices in front-end development, including lazy loading, and efficient asset management.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to continually improve our development processes and user experience.
- Be comfortable writing backend software. We look for engineers to be able to unblock themselves end to end.
What skills do I need?
- 5+ years of experience in front-end or full stack development, with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Expert in front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Tailwind.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (such as Contentful) and marketing tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
- Experience in CI/CD tools (such as CircleCI) to streamline and automate development workflows.
- Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with analytics tools to drive data-informed design and development decisions.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices for fast-loading, responsive websites.
- Experience in writing tests for front-end components, with familiarity in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
