The GTM Marketing Team creates demand for Celonis at scale. We do this with programmatic campaigns consisting of a repository of global and field programs that fits the needs of each market, segment and team, delivering integrated, account/industry/persona centric customer journeys along the entire funnel. Alongside this we continue to make our community of customers our best advocates and speakers. Included in this team are Field Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations. This team thrives on cross-functional collaboration working as one team alongside our Corporate Marketing team, solving problems, bringing new ideas to life and obsessing over customer value. The Role:
The Field Marketer of the region acts as the ‘CMO’ of their respective region, providing an end-to-end view of how marketing attracts, educates, engages and converts the audience at scale.
The work you’ll do:
Builds the regional marketing plan working closely with the Regional VP and Sales Leaders to understand business goals and priorities, driving execution thru all contributors; account executives, business development and partners
Executes the marketing plan by implementing persona and industry campaigns and devising local initiatives to create a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes, but not limited to, events, roundtables, (digital or physical) and webinars, account-based marketing, email campaigns, nurtures, third-party partnerships, customer and community marketing.
Works closely with regional partner managers and partner marketing team to increase awareness in local markets, drive partner pipeline and support adoption of thru partner campaign tool kits
Collaborates closely with the digital marketing team to promote campaigns via digital channels (email, LinkedIn etc)
Works in tandem with global programs to execute local flavor of global campaigns in region, translates and localizes campaign messaging and assets as well as digital properties (website, emails, landing pages, graphics, webinars) to optimize SEO.
Responsible for managing regional field marketing budget and tracking of program spend alongside ongoing assessment of campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Works with the global events team on our flagship events to generate and accelerate pipeline and deepen our existing customer relationships.
Creates local customer stories working with customer marketing
Communicates effectively and enables the regional sales and partner teams on marketing plans, results, new marketing messages and propositions
Regular reporting on pipeline and marketing analytics (lead funnel, campaigns, account engagement) to drive corrective action to achieve demand generation targets of the region.
Collaborates with regional peers, shares best practices and aligns with the extended marketing teams
The qualifications & experience you need:
Minimum of 7+ years experience in field marketing or a related B2B marketing role preferably in the software industry
Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing programs to drive awareness and generate pipeline in a specific market using a wide variety of tactics including events, webinars, third party and ABM.
Proficient in using Salesforce.com, MS Office/ Google equivalent.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Analytical and data driven approach to marketing planning and reporting
Budget and program management
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with cross-functional leaders
Adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas
Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful
Advanced English and native Dutch language skills
The ability to travel within the region is necessary and for quarterly team meetings in the region
