Ready to make an impact?
We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help us gain deeper insights into how users engage with Wrike and identify opportunities to make our product even better. You'll analyze user behavior, provide actionable recommendations, and help shape the strategic direction of our product roadmap.
About Your Team: You'll join a team of five talented, experienced, and self-sufficient analysts who support Product and R&D teams. We leverage data to improve customer experience and guide product decisions, serving as a data-driven voice within the product team. We're looking for someone with the same capabilities and passion for driving product growth through data.
How We Work:
- Tech Stack: SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Airflow
- Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days in-office
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Identifying Growth Opportunities:
You'll be responsible for identifying potential areas for product improvement by scaling problems and solutions. You should be able to formulate problems at an appropriate level of abstraction, measure them, validate their significance, and offer actionable recommendations.
- Pre-Development Feature Impact Analysis:
Estimate the potential impact of new features before development begins. This includes assessing how many users will engage with the feature, its impact on user satisfaction, and how it could affect customer lifetime value.
- Reporting on Product Usage:
Generate reports for teams across the company, tracking how customers use Wrike. You'll plan the report structure, make it visually engaging, and automate the process while highlighting key trends and insights that shouldn't be overlooked.
- Defining Key Metrics:
For new features, you'll ensure the right metrics are being set and tracked to assess their business impact, helping teams understand whether features are used correctly and the value they provide.
- Planning Tracking Strategies:
Work with the team to plan and ensure the correct implementation of tracking mechanisms for new features and updates.
- Running Experiments:
Plan and manage experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate feature effectiveness, ensuring correct sample balancing, audience targeting, and deriving actionable insights from experiment outcomes.
- Ad-hoc Analysis:
Investigate anomalies in user behavior, spikes in usage, or drops in conversion rates. Your analysis will provide actionable insights, not just numbers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of SQL & databases (Google BigQuery preferred)
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau preferred)
- Good understanding of statistics and AB testing
- 2+ years of experience in analytics
- Upper-Intermediate or better English skills
- Ability to fully own projects and think about business value beyond numbers
- Ability to independently drive tasks to completion with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
You Will Stand Out If You Have:
- Python programming skills for data analysis
- Expertise in advanced analytics (clustering, regression, graphs, causal inference, propensity score matching)
- Experience with SDLC and product/project management
- Familiarity with Amplitude
If you're passionate about using data to drive product decisions and eager to take ownership of impactful projects, we'd love to have you on our team!
