You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Revenue and Engineering team leadership to develop enhanced revenue channels, manage budgets and capital expenditures, and oversee the management of our business's cash flows.
You will be able to build out processes alongside our team to ensure that we can continue to successfully maintain the high growth momentum we have created.
We have a very small team of customer-obsessed badasses who are in the top 0.1% of their field globally. We are looking for another such badass that will take care of revenue operations.

What you’ll do
You will develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team and board of directors.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assess and mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange, interest rate fluctuations, and credit exposure.
Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
What we need
Excellence in Office and G-Suite tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc…
Proven experience (3+ years) in finance or accounting roles, with a track record of success in high-growth SaaS companies or technology startups.
Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate trends, and develop innovative solutions to financial challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Compensation package: $110k - $170k base, and a plethora of benefits.
