Your Mission
As our newest Product Designer, you’ll be joining the capture and processing squads which form the foundation of our products and services we offer our customers. The work this team delivers is key to improving how our customers capture accurate geospatial data, and constantly looking at ways to build on how we process their data.
Your role will be to jump into an existing team and provide a new perspective on an exciting product that is entering the market. You’ll get the chance to see our newest version of DirtMate on sites around the world and you will use your design skills to discover and build value for our customers. You’ll be building out products alongside a group of engineers and product managers who all have an aligned interest in seeing DirtMate succeed. As this is a new product to market, you’ll get to experience some fast paced product iterations and work with customer facing teams to ensure our customers are delighted with their overall experience.
Your Skills
-
Experience: You bring 3+ years experience in a product design role, ideally in a SaaS environment.

-
Experimentation & Data-Driven Design: You excel at making data-informed decisions, running A/B tests, and refining designs to boost conversion rates through quantitative insights.
-
Collaboration: You’re comfortable parachuting into an existing team with subject matter experts and providing an alternative perspective to the team.
-
UI/UX Design: You have a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices for web/mobile products and even hardware. You’ve used tools such as Figma and are familiar with the modern design principles.
