We are looking for a talented Customer Marketing Manager, LATAM to own and execute our Customer Marketing efforts in one of our fastest-growing regions. You will be responsible for animating and growing our Growth Makers Club customer community across Latin America, crafting unique customer experience programs and events from our Sao Paulo office, and working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities- Define, plan, and launch customer marketing activities to engage and grow our “Growth Makers Club” customer community in the region, including webinars, customer meet-ups, product launches, VIP dinners, customer advisory boards and more!
- Develop strong, trusted, and long-term relationships with C Level/power users/key decision makers at our clients, with a proven trusted advisor position
- Identify and engage with ambassadors to deliver customer advocacy in your regions, including testimonials, case studies, speaking engagements, referrals, and reviews.
- Manage execution of cross-sell and up-sell campaigns within our customer portfolio, partnering with sales and customer success to achieve annual renewal and expansion goals.
- Work with our Content Team to produce marketing collaterals, helping clients throughout the customer lifecycle, including implementation, renewal, and upsell.
- Initiate new programs and initiatives to engage and delight our growing customer base
Requirements and Skills- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing; technology or software/SaaS industry is preferred.
- 2+ years of proven success in a program or project management role
- Previous experience in customer marketing, customer experience is a plus
- Previous experience in customer success or other customer-facing role is a plus
- Passion for driving customer engagement and turning customers into advocates.
- Ability to lead and execute effective cross-channel integrated campaigns (e.g. events, direct mail, email, webinars, digital, etc.).
- Excellent time management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with remote team members and multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Software like HubSpot or similar is a plus
