Our product, a highly efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.

Key responsibilities- Own the vision & strategy for Revenue Systems, developing a comprehensive roadmap for future enhancements
- Manage a team of GTM systems administrators and developers (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), providing guidance and support to ensure the platform's effective utilization and alignment with business objectives
- Lead all major initiatives related to the sales tech stack: optimization of existing processes, implementation of innovative solutions, and increasing productivity through automation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Salesforce with other systems, streamlining workflows and enhancing data accuracy
- Act as the interface between RevOps and and IT
- Manage our internal ticketing/case system: meet SLAs, manage the backlog and sprints
- Own the tech stack lifecycle (implementation, continuous improvement, contract renewals, etc.)
- Lead initiatives around standardization and consolidation of tools
Who You Are- 8+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Systems Dev/IT role, best case additionally in a RevOps role
- You have already managed the tech stack of a $100m+ ARR company
- You are a Salesforce expert/architect, knowledge of HubSpot and ERP solutions is a plus.
- You know product management best practices (user stories, backlog review, sprints, ticketing system management, etc)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You speak English fluently, French is a plus.
