The Sr. Partner Sales Manager will be a quota-carrying, programmatic role encompassing all aspects of the management of prescribed Genesys TSD and VAR relationship(s) regionally.
The responsibilities include the overall leadership vision and direction of the relationship(s) to include Quarterly Business Reviews, all account-level communications with the TSD Agent(s), Genesys VAR partner, and its employees and sub agents, marketing and event sponsorship planning and execution, activity reporting and goal setting, as well as mitigation of lead registration conflicts, commission inquiries and service escalations.

- Execute on the West Partner Playbook (Partner Identification, Partner Value Proposition, Partner Introduction to Genesys Sales, Event Planning)
- Keep partners up-to-date and informed on Genesys product changes and strategy.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including solution consulting organization, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver a world class experience for partners.
- Ability to offer training to Sales Partners on products and sales tools.
- Aligning the regional sales organizations with relevant partners through targeted demand generation and alignment activities.
- Providing regional executive alignment with key partners and stakeholders.
- Assisting sales and partners with any issues or conflicts that may arise during opportunity registration or during the field engagement process.
- Tracking forecasting and sales process alignment to ensure progression of opportunities to closure.
- Tracking and holding the partners and the stakeholders accountable onto agreed upon goals. Spearheading regular cadence meetings to manage and track progress.
What do you need to have?
- Experience building and managing multiple partner relationships (VAR, TSD).
- 5+ years of sales management, TSD and VAR channel sales experience
- Understanding of opportunity qualification, running a deal cycle, and forecasting
- Ability to recruit and develop plans with top partners in the region.
- Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%50%.
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$100,500.00 - $186,500.00
