Sr. Manager, Global Commission Administration
Position Overview:
The Sr. Manager, Global Commission Administration, will oversee the comprehensive end-to-end administration of commission processes. This includes the calculation, payment, and distribution of sales incentive plans for all commissionable positions within the assigned area. The successful candidate will mentor Commissions Analysts, collaborate with field sales, HR, payroll, Sales Operations, and Sales Finance, and drive efficiency and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global operations of sales incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely payments in accordance with plan guidelines.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for various commission plans, including general rules and specific requirements, and understand system capabilities.
- Manage the commission team’s outputs across US and Manila locations.
- Act as project manager to coordinate the timing and application of inputs from various teams impacting commissions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned area, conducting research to resolve issues and develop solutions for exception payments.
- Generate and issue Goal Achievement Plans (GAPs) to compensation plan participants, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses related to incentive and commission data for various stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for participants and managers to ensure clear communication and understanding of plans.
- Assist with new plan year system requirements, updates, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support Commission Administration projects.
- Provide research and documentation for Internal Audit requests as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commission compensation (and/or accounting), with strong expertise in ICM/SPMs (preferably SAP Commissions).
- Ability to adapt communication style to different levels of leadership.
- Capability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong inductive and deductive reasoning abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$115,850.00 - $227,350.00
