A multifaceted opportunity with Spotify's Ad Sales team in New York City, reporting to the head of Revenue Management & Forecasting. This role drives revenue growth through strategic data analysis and sales process optimization. Key collaborators include sales and financial leadership and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do- Identify business trends and recommend data-driven revenue growth strategies.
- Coordinate with Sales Analytics to build to enhance our current dashboards.
- Deliver weekly sales performance insights including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, seller performance and win rate tracking.
- Support global projects to standardize and automate our revenue processes.
- Engage with sales leadership to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Challenge existing processes to increase sales team efficiency.
- Manage Quarterly and Annual Planning processes.
- Allocate quarterly quotas for our global sales teams.
- Manage territory planning for our global sales organization.
- Report and advise our weekly regional and global sales forecast.
Who You Are- 5+ years of digital media analytical experience
- Technical Skills Proficiency in the following : SQL data extraction and transformation, Tableau or equivalent BI tools, Salesforce CRM and Sales productivity and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Where You’ll Be- This position will be based in New York

The United States base range for this position is $83,456 - $119,223 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
