About the role/team:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to lead our efforts in equipping our sales team with the resources, tools, and training necessary to compete and win in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales processes, learning and development strategies, and the ability to drive transformation across the sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall sales objectives and growth goals.
- Design, implement, and manage sales enablement programs and initiatives, ensuring they effectively improve sales productivity and performance.
- Oversee the creation of training materials, playbooks, and resources that empower the sales team to succeed.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to develop and distribute content and resources tailored to various stages of the sales cycle.
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with up-to-date information on product features, competitive positioning, and market trends.
- Organize and facilitate regular training sessions for the sales team, focusing on techniques, tools, and product knowledge
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
- Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies and tools that enhance sales effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of CRM and other sales tools, ensuring they are leveraged effectively by the sales team.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Continuously gather feedback and analyze performance data to optimize programs and processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
What you bring:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales operations in a B2B environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across the organization.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sales enablement initiatives that drive sales performance.
- Experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

The salary range for this role in Denver is $157,108 - $184,833
