We're seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Lead to drive multi-channel campaign strategy and execution. This role combines analytical rigor with creative campaign development to generate qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across email, text, social, and events that consistently deliver qualified opportunities. Own the full campaign lifecycle from conception to analysis.
- Build and optimize audience segmentation strategies, leveraging customer data and insights to ensure targeted campaign delivery. Continuously refine targeting parameters based on performance data.
- Develop compelling campaign messaging and content strategies that resonate with target personas. Leverage AI and partner with content and creative teams to produce high-impact assets that drive engagement.
- Establish comprehensive testing frameworks across channels, messages, and audiences. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and scale successful approaches.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience with demonstrated success in pipeline contribution and revenue impact
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools. Strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful multi-channel demand generation programs that consistently exceed pipeline targets
- Excellence in campaign analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Experience using data analysis tools like SQL and Excel to uncover customer insights and track campaign performance. Comfortable creating reports and dashboards to measure marketing metrics and share results with the team.
