As a Payment Operations Coordinator for Navan Payment Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. Your primary responsibility will be to match charges on credit card statements with corresponding travel bookings and add any missing information, such as cost centers and trip purposes, to the appropriate documentation. What You’ll Do:
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records across various sources, specifically focusing on credit card data and related travel bookings. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of Credit Card Statements and integrating data from multiple sources into an Excel file using advanced formulas.
- Manual data enrichment
- Identify and match bookings to transactions with minimal data points using our booking tool and also our booking and transaction report.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-1 Years of experience.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Background in accounting is crucial.
- A travel industry background is a nice to have.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and G-Sheet with an understanding of vlookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to effectively organize and manage tasks independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capability to maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced work environment.
