About the Role:
We're seeking an innovative GTM Growth Partner to architect and optimize our entire go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy, operations, and technology, focusing on building scalable systems that turn ideal customer profiles (ICP) into predictable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys, from ICP identification through revenue conversion
- Build and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using next-generation tools and platforms
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts
- Create automated workflows and systems that scale revenue operations
- Partner with leadership to align GTM strategy with company objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the entire revenue funnel
- Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, SendSpark, Unity, Keyplay, Smartlead, Rb2b, etc.)
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis and experimentation
- Proven track record of building and optimizing revenue-generating systems
- Experience with automation tools and ability to create scalable workflows
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication
- Background in revenue operations, growth, or similar technical GTM roles
