The Revenue Enablement Manager for the Americas (AMER) is a crucial position responsible for driving the success of the Sales Organization. You will collaborate with the Revenue Enablement Team to localize learnings for the AMER region, develop tools and resources to maximize sales team performance, and work closely with the entire AMER sales organization to ensure Sales Leadership receives the necessary support.

What You'll Own- Revenue Growth and Process Improvement
- Improve revenue attainment in AMER by enhancing processes and programs that accelerate and grow sales
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs by identifying and tracking metrics that improve seller productivity
- Translate WalkMe product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead the relationship with the SVP for AMER and territory leaders, delivering insights on program needs and improvements
- Work with cross-functional teams to agree on learning plans, product updates, and other priorities
- Engage subject matter experts from product development and marketing in the design and execution of sales enablement programs.
- Training and Development
- Provide 1-1 coaching sessions to revenue team members to improve their selling motions
- Design and develop WalkMe GTM learning paths and certifications for consistent and repeatable learning
- Design and deliver training at all AMER QBRs
- Develop course curriculums that scale to learners' requirements via Mindtickle, Confluence, and WalkMe in-app guidance
- Program Management
- Work with the Head of Revenue Enablement to manage multiple projects and coordinate activities that promote productivity and bookings
- Support product launches and upgrades by preparing and enabling the sales force
- Manage the use of relevant learning and development tools and software
What You'll Need to Succeed- Proven work experience in digital adoption, sales/sales engineering, instructional design, or sales training
- Experience working in a software sales organization
- Understanding of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) marketplace
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
- Proficiency in computer software applications such as Google Suite, Mindtickle, Synthesia, Confluence, and Captivate
- Strong leadership skills to contribute to and lead small work groups, process teams, and focus groups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset for developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals and process improvement projects
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or similar roles
- Certification in sales methodologies or instructional design
- Raleigh or San Francisco based

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $135,000 and $170,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
