About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Product Manager to join our team at Whistic. This contract role will play a crucial part in managing various aspects of our product lifecycle, from feature releases to customer onboarding.
Please note: This is a contract position and not eligible for benefits.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the creation and deployment of Pendo guides for new feature releases.
- Develop and maintain multi-step onboarding guides and the Product Resource Center to enhance user experience.
- Assist in coordinating customer early access/beta programs and customer advisory council initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to author monthly internal and external product updates and Release Notes to keep stakeholders informed.
- Author and update Help Center articles for both new and existing features to provide comprehensive support to our users.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Pendo for guide creation and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
