As an Enterprise Account Executive at Autone, you will be at the forefront of our commercial efforts, responsible for generating new contracts and managing key accounts in the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with retail industry leaders, showcasing how our AI-driven solutions can transform their operations and enhance their expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target key enterprise accounts in the retail sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Present Autone’s AI-based solutions, demonstrating their value in improving inventory management and operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and create tailored solutions that address client requirements.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for Autone and its clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Ideal Profile
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing medium to large accounts.
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and challenges related to inventory management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute comprehensive account plans.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Fluency in English, essential for working with international clients and teams.
