Since our founding in 2019, Pigment has become one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world today. Our product, a highly efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.
In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 450 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London, Paris and soon San Mateo, and attracted a total of $393M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally.
We serve companies including Unilever, Deliveroo, Gong and Brex to name a few!
As a Growth intern you will have a direct impact on the BDR team and help them reach their pipeline objectives through identifying strategic audiences and improving our lead generation processes (Intent signals identification, enrichment, lead prioritization/scoring...). It's the perfect timing to join an ambitious and fast-growing international team!

It's a unique opportunity to join the early Growth team that has the mission to increase revenue and accelerate Pigment's Go-To-Market with innovative strategies.
One of our 1st big projects is to build our in-house sourcing machine to help the Sales team target the right companies with the right message at the right time.

Mission
- Identify and build targeted account-based audiences based on specific criteria:
- Intent signals/Insights (Job Offers, Fundraising Announcements, New Sr. Leadership...)
- Verticals (Scale-ups, Retail, E-commerce, CPG...)
- Geographies (US and EMEA)
- Coordinate list imports into Salesforce ensuring priorities and data quality in collaboration with our RevOps team
- Partner with the Marketing team on multi-channel campaigns and side projects (e.g nurturing sequence, combine tailored outbound email campaigns, social ads, and website personalization...)
- Gather customer and market research to identify relevant patterns and produce relevant audiences and messaging (persona, industries, specific business use cases...)
- Increase Sales efficiency through different tools, automation, and templates
Profile
- Curious and interested in learning about Growth, Business Development, and Sales Operations
- Doer personality with attention to detail
- Metrics-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excel / Google Sheets Master. Bonus if you already know Salesforce
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in Business Development, Project Management, Operations
- Technical/coding skills, know-how to use APIs, workflows (Integromat/n8n), sourcing/enrichment tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Captain Data...)
