Marketing Specialist EMEA (6-month fixed term contract)

Summary
The candidate will be responsible for supporting company goals in EMEA, with a special focus on integrated marketing initiatives that enable consistent pipeline generation and opportunity progression. They will work closely with the global marketing, sales and business development teams to create and execute demand generation activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Digital

Define and execute advertising and content strategies (including localization) across all relevant platforms.

Manage messaging for social media activity surrounding marketing campaigns.

Propose new ideas to engage with our target audience.

Measure and optimize performance across platforms.

Develop nurturing campaigns to move leads through the funnel.
Events
- Plan, execute and promote events from VIP small events to large, complex conferences (online and face to face).
- Plan and complete marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
- Lead and communicate with a diverse team to deliver large scale projects.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendors with support of Marketing Manager.
Other
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of all product lines/services and positioning.
- Support with competitor research around EMEA.
- Propose diverse channels to improve brand awareness in EMEA.
Management
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI, on a regular basis.
- Track expenses and regional budget in an organized fashion, reporting quarterly.
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing and events (B2B SaaS a plus).
- Experience in executing marketing activities in EMEA, especially events.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and any content management system (CMS) preferred.
- Project management experience.
- Native or full business proficiency in English.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Marketing, Communication or Business.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
