We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Marketing Technology Analyst to join our Business Systems Team and oversee our marketing technology stack. This is a hands-on technology focused role with strong collaboration with business teams in Marketing Operations and Growth. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our cutting-edge marketing technology stack, driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across our marketing operations.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with ClickUp's ambitious growth objectives and efficiency goals.
- Champion digital tools as a super-user and product evangelist.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technologies, including but not limited to email automation, audience management, website & app tagging, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies with our existing tech stack (e.g., Marketo, Iterable, Snowflake, Salesforce, Retool, Apollo).
- Drive the development and maintenance of our , ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and actionability.
- Spearhead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the COO, VP of Growth & Data and other leadership to align marketing technology initiatives with company-wide priorities and projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology roles
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing technology landscape
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing technology stacks
- Strong technical skills, including experience with data modeling, analytics, and marketing automation
- Familiarity with tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, Marketo, Salesforce and various marketing platforms
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
