Job Description
Freshworks is seeking a strategic, performance-driven leader to own and scale global integrated campaigns and programs as part of our Demand Generation team. This role is pivotal in driving our go-to-market strategies, building and executing multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns, and accelerating customer acquisition, partner-driven growth, and revenue expansion.
As Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead the development of global campaigns designed to create demand across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. You’ll also drive joint-partner campaigns designed to influence new business opportunities and foster customer expansion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that align with Freshworks’ ambitious growth goals.

Lead the creation and execution of global integrated campaigns and demand programs to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
Manage and mentor a global team of campaign and program managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Drive the development of multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM, webinars, content, and paid media, ensuring alignment with company goals and partner strategies.
Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver localized campaign strategies tailored to achieve territory-specific goals.
Develop and execute campaigns focused on influencing expansion opportunities within existing customer segments.
Work with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, brand, and content teams to maximize the impact of campaigns and programs.
Leverage data and analytics to shape campaign strategies, measure performance, and optimize lead funnel activities for stronger conversion rates.
Own and manage the global campaigns budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and delivering measurable ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights for effective campaign strategies.
Collaborate with partner marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and programs aimed at generating new business and accelerating customer expansion with select partners.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or partner marketing roles in the SaaS/enterprise software industry.
Proven success in leading global campaign teams with a focus on pipeline creation, partner-led growth, and measurable outcomes.
Expertise in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, ABM, and website optimization.
Strong background in partner-driven marketing, including "to," "with," and "through" motions such as recruitment, enablement, and demand generation.
Experience working with strategic alliance partners (e.g., AWS) and creating joint marketing initiatives.
Hands-on experience with demand generation technologies such as marketing automation platforms and ABM tools.
Proven ability to collaborate with regional teams, sales stakeholders, and product marketing to build and execute localized strategies.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for measuring campaign effectiveness and uncovering growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Additional Information
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package:
$197,700-$284,165 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
