Our technology department is a rapidly growing, hungry team of some of the brightest (and kindest!) engineers, designers, and product folks in the industry!
As our first Technical Programme Manager, your mission will be to create the foundations for programme management in hx, having a natural aptitude for taking things from 0 to 1. You obsessively focus on accelerating delivery, driving clarity in ambiguity. As we continue to grow a number of product and platform teams, cross-coordination will become critical for us to reach our ambitious goals.
Your mission
As a Senior Technical Programme Manager, you will lead business-critical programs through all phases from planning to delivery. You will be responsible for the successful definition, cross-functional strategy, planning and execution of large-scale technical programs.
This high visibility role involves close collaboration with engineering, product management, design, sales, model development and leadership teams to ensure that projects are not only technically feasible but also strategically aligned with company goals.

Experience and skills
The right person for this role will need:
Experience in a SaaS and/or B2B or B2C environments.
4+ years to work post-graduation in a project management style role with a proven track record of managing programs and projects from inception to completion via a wide range of methodologies.
Deep understanding of technical processes, especially a familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent collaborator and motivator, able to bring a team together to align and deliver on a common goal. Can build trust and partnerships with senior Engineering and Product leaders.
Deep understanding of leading and lagging indicators around delivery.
Ability to identify areas of improvement and craft and implement solutions.
