We're looking for someone to join our existing sales team and work on signing new financial
partners. This job is fully remote. The right candidate will be able to collaborate closely with the team and work independently closing an enterprise pipeline.
Salary: $85,000 base; $150,000 OTE; uncapped commission.

What the job is:
- Own and steer the direction of Legal Karma sales initiatives by working with the leadership and product teams.
- Define short-term (quarterly) and long-term revenue growth goals with your demand generation initiatives.
- Own and close Legal Karma’s sales pipeline by leading product demos, following up with prospects, and working with the BDR team.
- Manage, track, and report conversion rates for sales from the website, drip campaigns, and webinars.
- Communicate with precision, using reports and presentations as needed.
Who you are:
- Ready to lead. 3-5 years of experience in sales at an enterprise B2B software company. Bonus points for a history of selling FinTech or selling to Credit Unions and Banks.
- Demonstrable track record for success. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the impact they’ve made at their organizations for revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication. You are concise and know how to speak with senior leadership.
- Energy and Creativity. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast‐paced sales environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work.
- Domain. Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
