Defense Intelligence Analyst Intern
We’re seeking motivated interns to join Exiger’s Defense Accounts team, reporting to the Internship Program Leader. You’ll support military and defense-focused projects by contributing to strategic objectives and analyzing critical data. This hybrid, 10-week program offers the chance to work on meaningful national security initiatives while leveraging Exiger’s cutting-edge tools, such as DDIQ and DDIQ Analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with DoD client success managers to support day-to-day operations and strategic objectives.
- Analyze data, identify gaps in due diligence and SCRM processes, and prepare actionable deliverables.
- Utilize Exiger’s proprietary tools to deliver high-quality analysis and actionable insights for internal projects.
- Assist in creating a comprehensive gap analysis report or project deliverable tailored to DoD-related initiatives.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations in an end-of-program presentation.
What You Need
- You are a rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student in Business Management, Business Administration, Political Science, International Affairs/Relations, Intelligence Analysis, Data Analytics, National Security Studies, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Coursework in international relations, intelligence analysis, or data analytics preferred.
- Having a customer-oriented sales mentality is a plus
- Proficiency in data visualization tools or supply chain concepts is a plus
- Background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site in McLean, VA, Tuesday through Thursday).
