We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting hiring managers across various functions and regions. You will play a key role in understanding business objectives and aligning recruitment strategies to meet these goals. Collaborate with executives and organizational leaders to support key GTM hires, enhance processes, and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
Leverage your understanding of client business groups to articulate opportunities and career paths to candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your strategic problem-solving skills will assist in planning for the future of the organizations you support, driving our growth forward.
The Role:
- Client Partnership & Talent Analytics: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client groups, providing insights and occasionally challenging hiring decisions to ensure alignment with business needs. Utilize talent analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
- Team Collaboration & Culture: Work closely with team members, covering for colleagues when needed to ensure seamless client and candidate experiences. Actively contribute to team activities and seek opportunities to enhance team culture.
- Market Insight & Sourcing: Leverage knowledge of ClickUp's market position to attract passive candidates and address candidate concerns effectively. Use innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and employee referrals, focusing on candidates from key market and competitor companies.
- Data-Driven Decisions & ATS Proficiency: Create accurate reports and use data to make informed hiring decisions, working with limited direction and occasionally collaborating with managers. Ensure accurate data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and gradually improve reporting skills.
- Recruitment Targets & Process Improvement: Achieve recruitment goals by placing mid-level candidates and occasionally handling senior-level roles. Identify and implement process improvements with support from senior peers or managers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of talent analytics and market trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS systems.
