We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team!
We are:
- Revenue Operations is a global operations team aligning processes, people and analytics to drive business growth. We engage with the front line teams to drive sales and revenue.
The Role:
- The role delivers analytical support for the revenue organization, with a strong focus on reporting and generating actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- You will work with a revenue team of over 400 people (and growing!) and cross-functionally with other teams. The role provides a lot of exposure to senior leaders in the Revenue Org and requires a good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- You thrive in ambiguity, are proactive, and collaborative. You are fearless to drive solutions and resolve problems which have yet to be uncovered in a fast-paced environment focused on high impact performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Use data to prepare performance updates, solve problems and identify opportunities for business improvement, leveraging Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker.
- Address inbound reporting requests from the sales team.
- Drive new change initiatives such as implementing new reporting and revenue forecasting tools and methodologies.
- Support strategic initiatives within the Revenue org with analysis and modeling.
Qualifications:
- +3 years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a highly developed attention to detail.
- Advanced user of spreadsheets (Google slides or excel) and confident using slides to present data in a convincing way to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred. Ability to build dashboards is a plus (we primarily use Salesforce and Looker).
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with Sales in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelors in Business, Economics, or Finance equivalent preferred.
