About Dyania Health
Dyania Health is a venture-backed company founded in 2019 which has developed Synapsis AI, an end-to-end system that combines a medically pre-adapted LLM with a physician-driven algorithmic reasoning engine to understand and assess clinical characteristics in electronic medical records. Synapsis AI is designed for installation within the healthcare system's computing environment or on healthcare system private clouds to automate the process of manual chart review of EMRs, without removing any data from the healthcare system. Synapsis AI completes pre-screening on both unstructured and structured patient data, and deploys medical logic with temporal sensitivity to match dynamically changing patient characteristics with complex clinical trial criteria during the exact window of time that a given EMR may qualify for study protocol criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business development team to understand customer needs and develop a templated technical overview presentation for IT and technical resources that can be used in sales and implementation conversations with clients and modified for gathering unique individual requirements and technical specs on a project-by-project basis
- Develop a repeatable requirements gathering methodology and series of questions that will be posed internally first before allowing for a systematic approach to defining client technical requirements gathering
- Create and update documentation as a technical manual to allow for clients to designate proper resources to implement and learn best practices for how to have the right infrastructure and resources in place to support a Dyania implementation
- Effectively communicate the technical capabilities and benefits of Synapsis AI to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and technical documentation
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance product functionality and performance, as well as providing needed specs and filtering when our engineering team needs to be on calls troubleshooting
- Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase the value proposition of Synapsis AI in various use cases
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role
- Proficient knowledge of technology sales cycle and ability to interact with different stakeholders with different roles/responsibilities at any stage of the sales cycle
- 5+ years experience in backend software engineering or technical architecture
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated proficiency, comfort, and confidence in presenting technical solutions and conducting product demonstrations as part of the sales process
- Ability to think on their feet to problem solve in real time and suggest solutions to problems that will be feasible without overcommitting our engineering and product team
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare technologies and ecosystems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), understanding of EMR systems and healthcare data interoperability standards is a plus but not required
