We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to architect and scale our marketing technology ecosystem, empowering our teams to deliver personalized campaigns to millions of users. As the technical backbone of our Product-Led Growth and Marketing (PLGTM) team, you'll shape how ClickUp leverages customer data to create meaningful connections at scale. The ideal candidate excels at building resilient infrastructure, developing internal tooling, documentation, and creative thinking that activates the full capability of our data and tooling stack.
The Role
- Design and implement robust marketing automation systems that handle high-volume, personalized campaigns.
- Orchestrate the integration of customer data across our marketing technology stack.
- Lead the technical strategy for email and in-app marketing initiatives.
- Create internal tooling that allows teams to streamline and automate manual process.
- Develop documentation and processes that enable marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Partner with Lifecycle, Campaign, Product, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to optimize marketing operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing operations experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, b2b, or direct-to-consumer brand with proven expertise in marketing operations, particularly in email and in-app marketing.
- Iterable, Chameleon, Marketo)
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and scripting languages (ex: Python) to integrate systems.
- Track record of implementing marketing automation systems that drive results.
- Excellence in technical documentation and process design.
