Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
About The Role:
We are seeking a B2B Content Lead to drive our enterprise content strategy. You'll be a thought partner to our Head of Communications and Content, leading our B2B content program to drive business goals and conversion targets. You are someone who has a proven track record of shaping non-boring, pathbreaking content to a business audience. You think deeply about audience personas, love writing a shorter letter, and would relish crafting a series about the pain of the modern knowledge worker and how to solve for tool sprawl.
You are:
- An orthogonal thinker who doesn’t follow playbooks
- Capable of 10,000-foot vision when it comes to brand story, but also relish a grubby line edit
- Comfortable with toggling between manager & individual contributor
- Able to take a meeting with executives and defend messaging
- Kind and direct—inviting feedback and giving it liberally in return
- Someone who has paged through the Whole Earth Catalog and thinks about how humans shape technology and tools
- Someone who loves to build things
What You’ll Achieve:
- Develop and execute a distinctive B2B content strategy that drives lead generation and nurturing
- Create high-impact content across formats, from thought leadership to white papers, to keynote talks
- Build and implement scalable content systems to support rapid market expansion
- Partner with Demand Generations and Product Marketing to ensure consistent enterprise messaging across channels
- Drive data-informed content strategies to optimize performance and engagement
Skills You’ll Need to Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with deep knowledge of the enterprise tech industry
- Proven track record in creating content that drives business goals and conversion
- Experience developing and executing enterprise content strategies
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders
- Expertise in content management systems and analytics tools
- Operations discipline and project management
Nice to Haves:
- Experience managing an editorial or content marketing operation, preferably in the tech industry
- Experience with cross-functional work across product, growth, and social media marketing
- Experience with B2B content creation
- Background in creating content for global audiences
- Familiarity with Notion and interest in the productivity space

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000-210,000.
