We are currently seeking a highly driven Postgraduate level People Analytics Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a world-renowned organization while assisting our highly strategic HR team. Enverus is the right company at the right time.
Final candidates will be asked to complete a project and presentation as part of the interview process. This position has a targeted start date of January 2025 and an end date of approximately June 2025.
Performance Objectives
- 3+ years of educational experience in HR analytics, data analytics or data science with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills at the postgraduate level
- Fluency (mastery) in complex advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, LOOKUP functions, and macros.
- Experience analyzing complex data sets and identifying data trends.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or in the final year of a degree program in Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to provide insights that enhance our talent acquisition processes.
- This role requires extensive experience with advanced Excel functions, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively.
