About the team/role
Join our incredible RevOps team here at Checkr and get the opportunity to drive real impactful change with process automation and generative AI. We are seeking a BSA with a passion for experimentation and an excitement to dive deeply into what’s possible with AI in the Marketing and Sales space. Run AI experiments with our existing tooling and lead the revenue org to the right AI solutions and vendors. What you’ll do
- Drive AI-based experimentation initiatives, uncovering actionable insights that refine our GTM strategies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to bring greenfield projects to life, balancing creativity with practical implementation.
- Develop detailed project plans and metrics, translating complex insights into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, communicating complex ideas in an accessible manner.
- Monitor the progress of experiments, iterating and adapting to maximize impact and success.
- Prioritize multiple projects to align with strategic business goals and stakeholder expectations.
What you bring
- 3-5+ years in a business system analyst or Salesforce administrator role
- 3+ years of experience with automation building in Salesforce and revenue tool stacks
- Exposure to common revenue tooling (forecasting, engagement, enrichment, routing, marketing automation)
- Familiarity with Marketing and Sales processes and metrics
- Passion for AI-driven solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proven ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment
- Expertise in clarifying and translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables that meet organizational goals
- Proven knowledge of AI applications and foundational models is preferred
- Background in a relevant field is preferred, but a strong passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and continuously improve processes is critical.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. The base salary for this role is $122,655 to $144,300 in San Francisco, CA.
