We’re looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer, Integrations to help deliver the best technology experience for everyone at Webflow. As a key member of the IT team, this role will be instrumental in preparing our company for the next phase of growth and scale. You’ll be one of our catalysts for innovation by developing process automations that enable Webflowers to do their best work, and spend their time and resources on the most impactful projects. By leveraging RPA and AI technologies, you’ll champion the development of streamlined, scalable processes that enhance accuracy and data quality. Your contributions will foster consistency and reliability in data entry, uphold superior standards, and minimize the need for manual interventions.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Define how Webflow uses its automations internally, ensuring processes are secure and scalable
- Regularly consult with the business to identify automation and integration opportunities
- Collaborate with engineers across Webflow to develop high-quality, scalable and bespoke solutions
- Create, develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation with exceptional attention to detail
- Drive the elimination of manual and repetitive tasks across the organization.

About you:
Requirements:
- Strong self-starter, with experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
- 5+ years of experience using Workato or a similar IPaaS tool (UiPath, MuleSoft, or Zapier). Working at scale (2k+ users) is a plus.
- Extensive experience working with APIs, including REST and SOAP, to exchange data and trigger actions.
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
- Must live in Mexico

- Enjoy analyzing processes and procedures, and effectively apply technology solutions to reduce manual effort
- Have a “measure twice, cut once” attitude towards designing integration solutions, using the right tool for the right job.
- Are more than comfortable mapping and transforming data (JSON, XML, etc.) to handle complex integration scenarios.
- Can write and maintain scripts and code to support automation and integration tasks, using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Have hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipeline automation, containerization with Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Understand that with autonomy comes great responsibility, and know how to wield it wisely to deliver impactful results
