How you'll make an impact
Planday is on a mission to deliver an ambitious and exciting roadmap focused on making shift work more human. As part of that mission, we are looking for a new colleague to join the Growth Team as Product Marketing Specialist with a focus on translating product initiatives into customer value.
You'll report to our Senior Product Marketing Manager and work closely with Product and Customer teams across the business, bringing a holistic view of customer needs to drive Planday's roadmap, and create Go-To-Market plans.

What you'll do- Create and execute Go-To-Market plans for new feature launches, including market research, target audience segmentation, messaging, positioning, and channel strategies.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging and content, including customer communications, sales and marketing enablement briefs and materials.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Team and Customer Experience Team to create high-quality marketing assets, such as blog posts, webinars, case studies, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of launch activities.
- Continuously improve the Go-To-Market process to ensure excellence in cross-functional planning, and timely delivery of information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for managing release communications, including email and in-product notification templates via Intercom.
What you'll bring with you- A degree in marketing, business, education or a related field.
- Ideally, you'll have around one year of experience in a similar role or experience from creating Go-To-Market plans.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for technology, and a keen interest in the latest industry trends
