Achievements Specialist, HubSpot Academy (Remote)

Today, HubSpot Academy offers accreditations, certifications, certificates of completion, and badges. We're looking for someone who has a customer-first mentality and is passionate about education to maintain and expand this program to serve the needs of our learners globally and to gain momentum in HubSpot’s flywheel.
This role sits on the global HubSpot Academy team and reports into our Learning Operations pillar. This pillar collaborates and aligns within HubSpot Academy with our Live & On-Demand Education teams, the Programs team, and the Learning Operations team. This role will also collaborate with the Academy Product Group.
In this role you’ll collaborate with Achievements lane team members to:
- iterate and maintain the infrastructure, strategy, and processes for HubSpot Academy certifications, accreditations, badging, and any other future achievement types.
- influence and implement a maturity model for Academy’s achievements that drive growth for global customers and partners at scale.
- partner with stakeholders and team members to continuously define, align, and evolve the achievements strategy for existing and future achievement types.
- support and manage activities for re-certification, renewal, and re-accreditation.
- conduct effective analysis for Academy achievements needs and value.
- perform administration and coordination of achievements program management including working with subject matter experts, testing, and implementing.
- oversee the development of achievement collateral and source materials.
- provide oversight of deployed exams and achievements program assessments for continued delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- identify and provide necessary trends, context, and metrics to measure impact of all HubSpot Academy achievement types.
- monitor and report the effectiveness of all HubSpot Academy achievements.
- stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure that HubSpot achievements are valid and competitive in the market.
You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You
- are professionally fluent in English.
- are passionate about education and helping people learn new skills and grow themselves and their business -- globally.
- have experience creating, implementing, or working with achievements-based programs (certifications, badging, accreditations, other awards, etc.)
- have experience working with global teams and building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
- have a customer-first mentality which is essential to the success of this role.
- have experience working in credentialing processes and regulations.
- have project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- have analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Nice to have: You’re currently certified with HubSpot Academy.
- Nice to have: You have knowledge and experience working with the HubSpot platform.
Cash compensation range: 70000-105000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
