We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Marketers to play a critical and strategic role in our growth with marketing teams from mid-market through enterprise.This individual is a well-rounded marketer with a deep understanding of the Market audience and what makes them tick. You’ll partner closely with the Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Executive teams to draft and validate messaging and build a cohesive marketing program that will help nurture the success of this critical part of the Webflow community. You will own the strategy, planning and execution of how we bring new products to market for marketing teams in partnership with the Product and Sales teams. You’ll work closely with Brand, Content and Growth teams to plan and build campaigns for our core marketing audiences. You will also be a trusted advisor to our Sales and Enablement teams - helping analyze customer product feedback, drive roadmap decisions and build enablement collateral.
This is a highly visible and strategic role in which it will be crucial to build trust and partnership with other marketers in addition to colleagues in Sales, Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Education.

As a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing, you’ll …
- Develop an expert understanding of Webflow’s products, use cases, customers, and the markets in which we compete — to create compelling and impactful marketing messaging and collateral.
- Lead development of Webflow’s value proposition and positioning for our marketers audiences; build frameworks and foundational content to drive alignment across GTM teams.
- Define and influence the product roadmap in close partnership with Product, leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights.
- Lead new product and feature launches, serving as the glue between Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and our Partners.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to build great content and messaging that showcases the power and value of the Webflow platform.
- Refine Webflow’s pricing & packaging based on a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, and our product.
- Partner with the Growth and Integrated Marketing teams to influence top of funnel campaigns that drive acquisition and adoption of new accounts.

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing if you:
- Have 4+ years of product marketing experience.
- Love turning complex technical concepts in to simple, thoughtful, and compelling stories in a visual manner.
- Enjoy looking ‘under the hood’ to understand how things work and turning one time initiatives into repeatable programs.
- Have ample experience marketing to Marketers and a thorough understanding of how their business works.
- Have experience with Webflow or similar web development technology.
- Have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to reach and engage your audience regardless of medium.
- Can connect technical concepts with user value and express it succinctly.
- Are highly-proactive and a self-starter capable of independently leading several projects with limited direction.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
- Have a collaborative nature and exceptional interpersonal skills.
