As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for setting meetings by calling into a list of customers and customer prospects. This role will be remote (you can work from home) but you must be able to work a regular shift during US hours. Here are some more specific requirements.
Day in the Life:
- Scheduling meetings for the Account Management team
- Maintain and manage activity in our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring all prospecting notes and interactions are accurately captured and organized.
- Completing email and calling tasks using our sales engagement platform (Outreach)
- Tailor communication to align with customer needs by gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with Workstream’s latest products and effectively communicate their value to our customers.
- Engage with current customers and prospects through proactive calls and emails.
- Work closely with the Sales team to enhance the effectiveness and quality of outreach and customer communications.

- Prior sales experience preferred, ideally in tech sales development.
- Fluent in English

- Ability to use software to do research
- Proficient in Salesforce with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 10 Mbps). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results.
- Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
